Ingredients
Green Tea Metabolism Booster
2 cups filtered water (175°F, not boiling)
2 green tea bags or 2 tsp loose leaf green tea
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp raw honey (or stevia for sugar-free)
Cinnamon Apple Cider Fat Burner
1 cup warm water (100–110°F)
2 tbsp organic apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
1 tsp ground Ceylon cinnamon
1 tsp raw honey (or coconut nectar)
Ginger Turmeric Golden Drink
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp coconut oil (or MCT oil)
Instructions
Heat water to 175°F and steep green tea for 3 minutes. Remove tea bags, add lemon juice and honey, and stir gently. Best enjoyed warm to enhance absorption of EGCG.
Warm water to a comfortable drinking temperature. Stir in apple cider vinegar, then sprinkle cinnamon and whisk well. Add honey and mix until fully dissolved. Sip with a straw to protect teeth.
Gently heat almond milk to 140°F. Add ginger and turmeric, whisk to combine. Stir in coconut oil and blend until smooth. Let rest briefly to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
For added thermogenic effect, sprinkle in ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper.
Always use raw, organic ingredients when possible for best results.
