1/2 cup coconut water (or filtered water)
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/4 cup frozen strawberries
1 tablespoon honey (optional, for added sweetness)
1/2 cup ice cubes
Fresh mint leaves (4–5, for garnish)

Prepare the Watermelon: Cube the watermelon and chill it for at least 30 minutes.
Add Liquid Base: Pour the coconut water into a blender.
Combine Ingredients: Add the chilled watermelon, frozen strawberries, and lime juice.
Blend: Blend on high for 60–90 seconds until smooth.
Adjust Sweetness: Taste and add honey if needed. Add ice cubes and blend again for slushier texture.

Avoid over-blending to preserve nutrients and texture.
Can be made ahead, but best enjoyed fresh for max vitamin benefits.
